The remodeled rooms are really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Wi-Fi was poor; it took several tries to connect. The Indian food truck on site had tasty meals too.

The walls are so thin that I felt like I was in the next room with my neighbors. I couldn't sleep with all the noise, and to top it off, staff pounded on my door at dawn, trying to barge in!

The room was spacious enough for all our gear and the beds were comfy for a good rest after a long day on the course the staff were friendly and quick to help us with anything we needed even offered recommendations for nearby dining options.
It wasn't cheap but the convenience and comfort made it worth it.

I scored an amazing deal at just $51 a night and the value was off the charts! The Spa Suite was spacious and comfy, perfect for a longer stay. Plus, the heated pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a busy day!

The room was exceptionally clean and cool upon arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. I appreciated the spacious layout, featuring a dining table, mini fridge, and bar sink. The light fixture in the bathroom had a lovely dimmer, adding charm to the space. While the pool was heated and clean, the noise from a nearby room was distracting. Some maintenance issues, like the broken coffee pot and missing light lens, need attention. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, but the overall feel was cozy and inviting.

The location was convenient for my needs, and there was a delicious Authentic Indian food cart in the parking lot which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were always spacious and clean, and the staff was consistently friendly.
The staff was unprofessional on the phone and unhelpful regarding the broken amenities in the room.

Needed rest. I got it. The room was quiet, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was inviting; the shower was a delight. safety was initially a concern, though the atmosphere proved peaceful and secure. I was impressed by the spacious layout, with ample seating and a lovely dining area. Staff were attentive, though parking left much to be desired. The pool was a welcome perk. The bathroom lighting, while attractive, could definitely use more fixtures. Minor maintenance issues, like questionable bedding sanitation and a lack of breakfast, were disappointing. countless positives make up for these missteps. I’ll likely return and hope for improvements next time.

Unfortunately, the wifi was spotty, and the front desk wasn't helpful about it. The heating was unpredictable, swinging from too hot to too cold, making it hard to get comfortable. Plus, the noise from other guests at night was quite disruptive. Despite these hiccups, it served as a decent spot to explore from, especially with a good location near stores.

The hotel is just a few steps from restaurants like Hong Kong Restaurant and El Rodeo, plus trendy downtown shops and beautiful spots like Drake Park, which is only about 2 km away, making it super easy to explore the city on foot; the room was clean and comfortable with nice bedding and amenities like a fridge and microwave, perfect for a cozy stay, but there was some noise from neighboring rooms that could be improved.

The kids loved exploring lava tubes and admiring volcanic landscapes. The easy access and informative displays made it a fun and educational experience. A must-do for families with little adventurers!

Great location for exploring Central Oregon activities and larger room than expected. The cleaning staff was friendly and room amenities included a fridge, microwave, and an Indian food food truck in the parking lot serving delicious food.
Some maintenance issues in the bathroom, such as a loose toilet paper holder and shower head, detracted from the overall experience. Communication with the front desk staff was challenging due to language barriers, and the locking system for the rooms caused inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

The sink in the bathroom was modern, but the water faucets were reversed, which was a bit confusing. We were disappointed to find no hair conditioner provided and the pillows were uncomfortably hard as rocks. the Indian food cart in the parking lot was a delightful surprise, offering delicious meals that we couldn't resist. The flat-screen TV provided basic local channels, although the quality was a bit staticky. Housekeeping was adequate, but we had to request clean sheets and towels multiple times during our stay. The comfortable sitting area and convenient dining table were highlights, but the lack of hair conditioner and uncomfortable pillows were drawbacks. The Indian food cart in the parking lot was a definite bonus, providing delicious meals for an enjoyable experience.

the room was clean and spacious - with a comfy bed and great shower pressure. just a 5 min drive to downtown - which was convenient. also, the manager was really nice and helpful, and the grounds had beautiful seasonal flowers.

Had a blast at the business center with my fax & photocopying skills. The outdoor pool was perfect for some sunbathing. Enjoyed fishing at Deschutes River. Free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top!
Oh, the joy of paying surprise fees during check-out was just delightful.

I chose Cascade Lodge specifically for its proximity to Les Schwab Amphitheater, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour reception and free WiFi throughout the property. The restaurant served a satisfying meal, and the terrace and garden were delightful to relax in.
Misleadingly advertised cold outdoor pool.

Our stay at a cozy lodge in Bend was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave that were in excellent working condition. The location was ideal, close to downtown Bend and the concert venue we were attending. The pool was well-maintained, and the Indian food truck on-site served delicious dishes. The wifi worked great, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
Mildew build-up in the bathroom and signs of wear and tear in the room were minor issues, but they didn't dampen our overall experience.
